Counselor’s Qualifications: Licensed
Mental Health Counselor. Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling.
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Ordained Minister. American Association of
Christian Counselors Member.
Individual
Counseling Fee: $120 per session (45 Minutes)
Marriage,
Couples, Family Counseling Fee: $120 to $180 per session (45-60 Minutes).
Insurance:
Insurance policies, such as PPO's,
may cover a percentage of your counseling fee.
Our office will be glad to bill your insurance company directly. Deductables
and copayments may apply and vary depending on your insurance plan.
We do not accept Medicare or State Insurance.
Additional
fees may apply if you request: resource materials; testing; court
testimony; letters or reports; counseling by phone; journal reading; or hospital
visitation.
Payment:
Due
at the time of service. Cash, or checks made payable to Larry Roach.
Credit card payments: Online
payments available through PayPal.
Appointments
canceled without a 24 hour advance notice or "no shows" will be billed
at $50 per session.
Return
checks are subject to an additional collection fee of
$32 per check.
Sessions: Standard
sessions are 45 minutes in length. Longer or shorter sessions are also
available. Most sessions are weekly and the number of sessions varies according
to the personal issues presented. Phone counseling appointments are also
available.
Confidentiality: All communication between you and
your counselor is confidential. Exceptions
to this rule arise when there is immediate danger of physical harm to you or
others. The law also requires an
immediate report of known or suspected cases of child or elder abuse.
