  • License: Licensed by the Florida Department of Health to practice Mental Health Counseling.  (To obtain this level of licensure requires a minimum of a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling or Mental Health Counseling from a regionally accredited university, a two year supervised internship, and passing the National Board of Certified Counselors licensure exam.)

  • Education: Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Theory and practice of professional counseling integrating psychology and theology. Additional graduate studies in theology, Christian education and counseling through Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Stetson University with additional studies in theology.

  • Specialization: Christian and Mental Health Counseling for disorders of mood, anxiety, adjustment, attention-deficit hyperactivity, and relational.  Also, problems related to bereavement, academic, spiritual, occupational, identity, stress, phase of life, marriage, parenting, and anger. Treatment is primarily adult psychotherapy, however, treatment is also available for children and adolescents.
